Swak stick

First swak stick I’ve used and it feels so refreshing

It whitens your teeth but it stains!

It does whiten your teeth but it stains your gums, lips and fingers. So your lips and gums may be yellow for a day or two but it’s easy to remove. However, the stains on my fingers are still there 😩 I googled that stains from a walnut tree are difficult to remove and the colour won’t come out until the skin has been replaced lol. My fingers are still stained but not as bad, it’s been two weeks since I used it.
I now use clingfilm around my fingers when I use this so I don’t get any stains. It helps a lot! Or you can use gloves.
But I do recommend this as it makes your teeth white

No miswak inside

Hi, unwrapped the the packaging for the miswak sticks and there’s nothing inside, just some dried stems? Could I please know why? after waiting the longest time to revive my order, and sending a couple emails to prompt the company to actually send out my order. Great products but the list rubbish service I’ve come across with no communication. This is not the sunnah way to do business, so disappointing

Dear M,

Thank you for reaching out. I’d like to clarify the situation with your Moroccan Swak order.

It appears there’s been a misunderstanding. The Moroccan Swak you received is indeed the bark. To use it properly, you need to break a small piece off the bark; it’s not intended to be unwrapped entirely and there is no swak stick inside. The Swak sticks are a different product entirely and were only introduced in our new collection last week. Since they were not available at the time of your order, they would not have been an option for you.

The option you selected, and the only one available at that time, was the Swak bark. You can find information on how to use the bark on our website. I hope this helps and I appreciate your patince immensly!

If you have further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to contact me.

Jazak'Allahu kheir,
